BuyPlaya is the fastest growing real estate agency servicing Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, facilitating an average of 50 transactions annually representing approximately 20 million dollars in real estate sales.
The Problem
Being based in Mexico, BuyPlaya’s largest pain point was reaching people based in the USA, Canada, UK and other countries who are planning to come to the Riviera Maya and invest in property.
The Solution
We built out a combination of brand, niche, and outreach links on high authority sites to help boost rankings. We also optimized and managed their Google My Business profile to rank them for organic rankings as well as maps for any searches that include a geographical identifier.
In result, we were able to get them traffic to contact their ideal audience prior to their trip, so once they arrive they were already locked in with a Buyplaya agent to work with.
